We purchase land all over the country, but we particularly like the southern states and target areas where we would want to own land ourselves. We then either choose to maintain ownership or sell. And since we buy land at steep discounts, we’re able to sell the land at well below market rate and passing saving on to our customers.

- When you’re buying land for recreation or as an investment, we feel it’s important to know from whom you are buying. What’s their track record and values? How is their customer service?…Let us help you get comfortable by answering any questions you have!
- Choose your land ~
- Select from our variety of land options on the website. No need for a real estate agent whose fees can range from 2% to 10% of the purchase price.
- Plan your visit ~
- Feel free to plan a site visit – most properties can be accessed from an improved road, while others require 4-wheel drive and GPS.
- Select a purchase option ~
- We offer both a cash price purchase or owner finance options and do our best to make it easy either way. With owner financing there will be a minimum down payment and the remaining balance may be financed with easy terms. No credit check or lengthy underwriting process and we cover ALL of the closing costs. You will have use of the property upon completion of the paperwork and receipt of your down payment. There is no pre-payment penalty, so you can pay off the loan at any time.
